Sunday 28 December 2008 09:11 Palestinian medical officials said on Sunday “271″ Palestinians were killed in 24 hours of Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip. Since the attack began “one” Israeli was killed by Palestinian rocket fire. The toll is futher expected to rise further with bodies still lying buried under the rubble of destroyed buildings. Hospitals already suffering from shortages due to an 18-month blockade on the Gaza Strip said they were struggling to cope with the number of injured which included women and children. Gaza is densely populated.
Panhandler hits head dies after man pushes him

tmpl –> Salinas police say 29-year-old rion Christopher Moore was at the Pilot Truck Stop gas station on Friday when an unidentified homeless man offered to wash Moore’s windows. Moore declined the offer but the homeless man who police say was about 60 years old reportedly began washing the windshield anyway. Police say Moore pushed the man away from his car causing him to fall and hit his head on the pavement. The man died at Natividad Medical Center. Moore is being held at the county jail.

Bruce Roth worked at the Cleveland Clinic for four years after graduating from the medical school but moved to Arizona after getting married. _ nce in Arizona Roth agreed with the college to pay a monthly fine over 10 years for leaving the state but sued after learning of another former student’s success against the medical school in federal bankruptcy court.
