District Court in Nashville AmMed DirectLLC a Tennessee-based company that provides home delivery of diabetic suppliesand medications alleges that Medco and Liberty have caused it irreparable harmand damage.

Vanderbilt Medical chief to retire in June

Harry Jacobson is exiting his post as vice chancellor for health affairs at. In a statement Vanderbilt says Jacobson is retiring. Jacobson came to Vanderbilt in 1985 as professor of medicine and director of the nephrology division and has held the vice chancellor position since 1997. “Under his leadership Vanderbilt has become the premier health care institution in our region and is recognized as one of the best in the country” Zeppos said in a statement.
