Dorothy Gifford 73 likely lost consciousness and fell into the shallow fish pond Sunday evening said West Valley City police Capt. The report did not say what her pre-existing condition was McLachlan said. The Westlake Village planning director sent the owner of Amazing Healing Supply located on La Baya Drive a cease-and-desist letter June 17 informing him that the dispensary was prohibited from operating in a business park zone according to city documents. An attorney for owner Ron Glantz filed an appeal with the city and will make his case tonight during the City Council meeting. "They're claiming it's not zoned properly and we claim it is" said attorney Michael Margolin who is representing Glantz. "We believe the language [of the ordinance] is vague and over-broad.
